Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes, you can change the delivery address during the checkout process.
This is a good idea if you know that you are not going to be home to sign for the delivery then you can specify an alternative delivery address, such as a work address or relatives address. It’s also a good idea if you are buying a gift and you would like us to send the parcel straight to the recipient.
What do I do if I need to return an item?

Do I need to be in when you deliver my parcel?
Yes – we use a secure courier delivery service where someone needs to be present to sign for the delivery. If you know that you are not going to be at home you can choose an alternative delivery address during the checkout process. This will enable you to have your parcel delivered to your place of work, family member or neighbour.
For large, heavy or fragile items our customer service team will contact you to book a mutually convenient date when you are at home to receive your delivery. Deliveries at weekends may incur a further charge.
Smaller parcels will be delivered by a parcel courier. If you are not in when they attempt delivery they will leave a calling card so you will know what to do next.
How soon can you deliver?
We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Smaller items should be delivered within 3-5 working days. Larger items, including furniture are usually delivered within 1 – 2 weeks.
Items that are ‘made to order’ may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated at all times.
